INFO PAGE UPDATE: Sorry for the delays in updating the site but it’s been crazy here in the Boneyard! Am trying to get that HOW TO PAGE written and online but until then, the info below really does point all in he right direction! Talk to you soon!:)
While I had believed that Tombstone was very easy to use, I have had some feedback from users saying that they have been a bit confused about the initial data entry of their NAME and DATE OF BIRTH. This arises from the fact that before the “First use”, the user needs to enter both of these items before pressing “Skullie” on the main page. The confusion here is that if you do press “Skullie” you will get a Tombstone with a BLANK inscription where your name should be and you will also get a DAYS LEFT number based on the current day and NOT on you personal DATE OF BIRTH. This number will most likely be 29, 220. That figure is the complete set of days a user would get if they were born on the same day that they first used Tombstone, which is highly unlikely as you would be a newborn infant in that case! The problem arises because after the first use of Tombstone, the INFORMATION button (which can be found on the bottom right-hand corner of the Tombstone) disappears once you use the app for the first time. Don’t be alarmed! To be able to input new data at anytime, all you have to do is completely restart the app from a state of COMPLETE SHUTDOWN. Remember that the iOS software allows for apps to run in the background and so unless you shutdown Tombstone completely, you will never be presented with the INFORMATION button again. You may note a bad rating of “one star” on my review page by a customer who mistakenly believes that the app provides only one calculation for everyone. This is not true. All any user needs to do is enter the unique DATE OF BIRTH on the “Graveyard” DATA ENTRY page and they will get a figure of their DAYS LEFT based on their anticipated lifespan of 80 years. Look for more details and pictures of operation on the HOW TO page in the coming days. Thanks for using Tombstone! Every day counts and WE count every one of them for you! Cheers!
